Really Bad Dude or Just a Lost Rocker?

This AP Photo shows Ali Saleh Kahlah al-Marri, a U.S. resident arrested 6 years ago on charges of terrorism. This cat could be the baddest meanest most evil Mama Jamma ever. I am not here to dispute his badassness. However, this seriously coiffed mullet deserves a sentence or two. Unfortunately, the photo is cropped so it’s full mulletude cannot be appreciated. I only have my thoughts to accompany me on that one. Bud seriously folks, doesn’t this guy look like he got dropped from the 1985 lineup of Journey? Randy the cokehead bassist just had to go. That’s too bad because I’d totally make a request for Don’t Stop Believin’ or Faithfully. I love those songs.

On that note, I shall provide some awesome Journey lyrics to get you humming through the rest of your day.
(don’t forget to raise your lighters when singing along)

Song: Don’t Stop Believin’
Album: Escape
Year: 1981

Just a small town girl, livin in a lonely world
She took the midnight train goin anywhere
Just a city boy, born and raised in south detroit
He took the midnight train goin anywhere

A singer in a smokey room
A smell of wine and cheap perfume
For a smile they can share the night
It goes on and on and on and on

Strangers waiting, up and down the boulevard
Their shadows searching in the night
Streetlight people, living just to find emotion
Hiding, somewhere in the night
